Black currants are cooked with sugar to create a concentrated syrup. Mix 1 part concentrate with 4 to 5 parts cold water (more or less for your preference) for a refreshing and preservative-free Scandinavian drink. Substitute your favorite sparkling water to add some fizz. Or experiment to create your own unique Nordic cocktail.
