Marshmallow Mushrooms

Lovely fruit-flavored marshmallow candy in the shape of a mushroom. The pink and white candies are a mainstay in any pick ‘n’ mix bag in Sweden. They aren’t soft like larger American marshmallows; instead, they have a bit of a chewy texture.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, gelatin, vegetable oil
(coconut oil), surface treatment (E903), acidity regulator (E330), color
(E120), flavoring.
