Punch Roll mini

Punch roll (or  punchrulle in swedish) is a Swedish small cylindrical pastry covered with green marzipan with the ends dipped in chocolate, with an interior consisting of a mix of crushed biscuits, butter, and cocoa, flavored with arrack. This is a mini version (bite size) of the very popular pastry also called dammsugare, vacuum cleaner, referring not only to its appearance, but also to the supposed practice of the pastry baker collecting crumbs from yesterday's cookies for filling

Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed, shea, coconut, sunflower), ALMOND, OAT GRAIN, WHEAT FLOUR, water, cocoa powder, glucose syrup, EGGS, HAZELNUTS, coconut flakes, salt, SKIMMED MILK POWDER, flavoring (including arrack), starch, emulsifier ( SOY LECITHIN, sunflower lecithin, vegetable E471), preservative (potassium sorbate), color (carotenes, E133).
